MP Laghu Vetan Karmachari Sangh News: मध्यप्रदेश लघु वेतन कर्मचारी संघ जिला शाखा दमोह द्वारा प्रांतीय आवाहन पर 15 सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन दमोह विधायक जयंत कुमार मलैया के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री को प्रेषित किया गया। जिला अध्यक्ष प्रमोद अहिरवार ने बताया कि मध्यप्रदेश लघु वेतन कर्मचारी संघ के कर्मचारियों से संबोधित 15 सूत्रीय मांगों का ज्ञापन सौंपा गया। जिसमें नियमित चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारियों के रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती की जाए। भृत्य नाम परिवर्तन कर कार्यालय सहायक नाम किया जाए। लघु वेतन कर्मचारी को पदोन्नति का लाभ दिया जाए। कर्मचारियों को वर्दी दी जाए। 45 हजार रुपए स्थाई कर्मी कर्मचारियों को नियमित सेवा के कर्मचारियों की तरह सभी प्रकार की सुविधा दी जाएं। आकस्मिक सेवा के कर्मचारियों को 300 रुपए दिन का अवकाश नकदी कारण का लाभ दिया जाए। दैनिक वेतन भोगी कर्मचारियों को स्थाई कर्मी का लाभ दिया जाए। समस्त विभागों में लगे अंशकालीन कर्मचारियों को कलेक्टर दर पर या स्थाई कर्मी का दर्जा घोषित किया जाए। कर्मचारियों का ग्रेड पेय केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों की तरह 1800 रुपए ग्रेट पे किया जाए। आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता सहयिका समस्त विभागों में लगे आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी बन समिति के वनरक्षक हैं। ग्राम रक्षक कोटवार वेगार प्रथा बंद करना मध्यान भोजन रसोईया व साझा चूल्हा रसोइयों को 10 हजार रुपए वेतन दिया जाए। छात्रावासों में नियमित अंशकालीन कर्मचारियों, रसोईया, चौकीदार के उपस्थिति पंजी में हस्ताक्षर कराए जाएं।
The Madhya Pradesh Low Salary Employees Union, District Branch Damoh, in response to a state-level call, submitted a memorandum outlining its 15-point charter of demands to MLA and former Finance Minister Shri Jayant Kumar Malaiya. The memorandum was addressed to the Hon’ble Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary of the state.
District President Pramod Ahirwar stated that the key demands include direct recruitment to regular Class IV posts, changing the designation of “Bhritya” to “Office Assistant,” granting promotion benefits to low-paid employees, providing uniforms to employees, and extending facilities equivalent to regular employees to around 45,000 permanent workers.
The memorandum also highlighted demands such as encashment of 300 days of leave for contingency service workers, granting permanent status to daily wage workers, providing part-time employees with collector rate wages or permanent employee status, increasing the grade pay of employees to ₹1,800, and revising wages for Anganwadi workers and helpers, outsourced staff, and other categories of employees. Additionally, the union demanded the abolition of the Kotwar “Vegar” (forced labor) system.
The union further emphasized that cooks, watchmen, and other part-time employees working in hostels should be allowed to sign the regular attendance register. Union leaders warned that if their demands are not accepted, they would be compelled to launch an intensified protest.
During the submission of the memorandum, Patron Rakesh Singh Hajari, Sheikh Hanif Khan, Deputy Patron Dharamdas Rohit, District Secretary Abhishek Singh Rajput, Treasurer Shailendra Ahirwar, General Secretary Dev Kumar Rajak, along with a large number of union members, were present.
