5. आरक्षण नियम आरक्षण Apprentice Act 1961 एवं संशोधित नियमों के अनुसार दिया जाएगा।

6. चयन प्रक्रिया चयन मेरिट (डिग्री में प्राप्तांक) के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

7. दस्तावेज सत्यापन यदि दस्तावेज़ जांच के दौरान योग्यता गलत पाए जाने पर: उम्मीदवारी निरस्त नियमानुसार कार्यवाही विवाद की स्थिति में क्षेत्राधिकार: जबलपुर न्यायालय
