AIIMS Bhopal Document Verification and Interview Date: अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (AIIMS), भोपाल द्वारा विज्ञापन संख्या CELL/AP_Contractual/6667 दिनांक 15/09/2025 एवं ADM-2(5)/2025/AIIMS/BPL/Rec. के संदर्भ में सहायक प्राध्यापक (Assistant Professor) संविदा आधार पर विभिन्न विभागों में नियुक्ति हेतु दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन एवं साक्षात्कार कार्यक्रम जारी किया गया है।
AIIMS Bhopal has released the schedule for Document Verification and Interview for the post of Assistant Professor (Contractual) in various departments, as per Advertisement No. CELL/AP_Contractual/6667 dated 15/09/2025 and ADM-2(5)/2025/AIIMS/BPL/Rec. The document verification and interview for the Department of Gastroenterology will be held on 02 November 2025 and 03 November 2025, respectively. However, no dates have been scheduled for the departments of Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, and Dermatology. AIIMS Bhopal has also notified that no applications were received for the post of Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the departments of General Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Neurology, Neonatology, and Burns & Plastic Surgery.
नोट: सामान्य चिकित्सा (General Medicine), पल्मोनरी मेडिसिन, न्यूरोलॉजी, नियोनेटोलॉजी एवं बर्न्स एवं प्लास्टिक सर्जरी विभागों में Assistant Professor (Contractual) पद हेतु कोई आवेदन प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं।
Note:
1. Document Verification for the aforesaid posts will be conducted one day before the date of their Interview as per above schedule. Hence all candidates are hereby instructed to report at 10:00 AM positively on the respective date of document verification as mentioned in the above schedule. Candidates shall not be allowed for the same after 12:00 PM unless extreme exigencies.
2. The candidates are required to bring the same filled in application in the prescribed format as submit by E-mail along with proof of identity, date of birth, eligibility qualification mark sheets, degrees, experience certificate, No objection certificate and other relevant documents in original and one set of self-attested copies of the documents and the application fee (if applicable) in the form of demand draft at the time of document verification.
3. If any candidate fails to attend the document verification than he/she may not be allowed for interview and his/her candidature shall be treated as cancelled.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the above document verification and interview. Document verification/Interview may also continue on the next working day, if required. Therefore, candidates are advised to come with preparation to stay for next day accordingly. Candidates will have to make their own stay arrangements.
5. The Document Verification & Interview will be carried out at Kautilya Bhawan, AIIMS Bhopal.
6. The reporting time for Interview is 09:30 AM to 10:00 AM positively on the respective date of interview as mentioned in the above schedule.
7. Candidates are requested to keep visiting Institute’s website on regular basis, any change in interview schedule will be notified on website only. No separate communication will be sent in this regard. AIIMS, Bhopal reserves the right to rectify inadvertent error or printing mistake, if any.
